Purpose

The Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) Electronic Handbooks is the system used by applicants and grantees of HRSA grants.

Access

Register for a HRSA Electronic Handbooks account.

Note: The PI must add the GCO Authorizing Official that is associated with the PIs department to the online application. This will enable the GCO to process the application.
