eRAP

Purpose

The eRAP Rapid Database Generator (eRAP RDG) is a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant web-based interactive tool for data entry and reporting. eRap can be used to develop custom databases for longitudinal single and multi-site studies. Services include:

  • Reporting tools
  • Randomization engine
  • Data upload
  • File upload

In addition, eRAP is integrated with the following Mount Sinai Health System clinical systems, making sharing data between systems easy.

  • EPIC
  • Mount Sinai Data Warehouse (MSDW)
  • Specimen Management Systems (Freezerworks and IPM LIMS)
  • SCC Labs

Note: As of March 31st 2023, the eRAP application will no longer support room and equipment scheduling. Room scheduling will transition to the Robin application, and Instrument scheduling will transition to the Agilent iLAB application. If you utilize eRAP for room or instrument scheduling, please contact your lab manager to ensure your room or instrument is on the list for transition. Cost

For eRAP programming, there is a charge of $140.00/hour. Requesters must provide an account number to be charged via funds transfer. It is also advised that funding for eRAP services is accounted for in grant applications or departmental budgets.

For new projects and help in estimating costs for significant changes to existing databases, please submit a Support Ticket.
