OMOP Common Data Model (CDM) and OHDSI ATLAS
OHDSI ATLAS is a web-based integrated platform for database exploration, standardized vocabulary browsing, cohort definition, and population-level analysis that can be used to query an industry-standard OMOP database sourced from the Mount Sinai Data Warehouse (MSDW).
The OMOP Common Data Model allows for the systematic analysis of disparate observational databases. The concept behind this approach is to transform data contained within those databases into a common format (data model) as well as a common representation (terminologies, vocabularies, coding schemes), and then perform systematic analyses using a library of standard analytic routines that have been written based on the common format.

- Off-campus access – Required VPN Tunnel Access can be requested via Sailpoint. For guidance, refer to the VPN instructions.
- Periodic data refreshes/updates may make this database unavailable on select weekends. A general broadcast email announcement will be sent ahead of time when scheduled maintenance is to take place.
