Purpose
Leaf is a self-service query tool that enables you to easily create patient cohorts from de-identified data in the Mount Sinai Data Warehouse, BioMe BioBank Program and the Imaging Research Warehouse (IRW 1.0). Leaf features include:
- Drag-and-drop tool
- Query MSDW
- De-identified data
- Visualize demographic cohort details in charts and diagrams
- Downloadable results
- Data types – include conditions, procedures, demographics, encounters and vitals
