Research Orientations 

The ORS offers research orientations to both faculty (principal investigators) and non-faculty (clinical research coordinators, managers, etc).  

We highly recommend that any research staff new to MSHS attend these informative and engaging research orientations! 

To schedule an orientation or a refresher, please submit a Clinical Research Orientation Ticket.  

Communication Support (Research Listserve) 

The Mount Sinai research list-serve is an emailing system for all employees working on research.

Clinical research coordinator Vault 

The Clinical Research Coordinator Vault is an online Sharepoint that houses regulatory documents for clinical trials, PPHS Clinical Research Forum presentations, and other important information pertinent to the conduct of clinical research. Mount Sinai employees are able to access the Vault using their Mount Sinai email address via single sign-on (SSO).

Research 411 portal 

The ORS Research 411 Portal provides a single point of contact for research teams to ask any research operations related questions or gain assistance with the consultative services that the ORS offers.  

Our JIRA Ticketing Portal System serves as a powerful tool designed to streamline and enhance the ticketing management process for our office. All you have to do is submit a research question through the 411 Portal and someone from our team will respond to your query to work with you directly and get your question answered!
