American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE): Research Award
ASGE is interested in research pertaining to: colorectal cancer screening, Barrett’s esophagus, endoscopy training, health disparities, quality measurement and improvement, endoscope reprocessing and infection control, endoscopic sedation/anesthesia, bowel preparation, novel endoscopic treatments for obesity, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and other endoscopically-guided imaging/interventions.
Amount/Duration: $75,000 total funding for a max of 2 years. Salaries: Research assistant and faculty included, Trainee not included. Study supplies & essential equipment for study included. Computer, standard patient care supplies, indirect costs not included.
Eligibility: ASGE membership at time of submission is a requirement of eligibility for grants and awards. The number and type of awards granted each year is contingent on available funds. Only electronic single PDF applications will be considered.
